1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Maya ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Maya is operated by Korf Tech LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Maya is an AI-powered email management platform designed to help influencers and creators organize brand collaboration opportunities. The Service includes:

• Gmail integration and email synchronization
• AI-powered email classification (Paid, Gifted, and non-collaboration emails)
• Brand detection and verification
• Automatic follow-up reminders
• Collaboration history tracking
• Rate card and portfolio management (file uploads)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Maya. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

4.1 Free Trial

• Maya offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features
• No credit card required to start the trial
• The trial automatically expires after 14 days unless you subscribe

4.2 Paid Subscription

• After the trial, Maya costs $15 per month
• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you subscribe
• Payment is due in advance for each billing cycle
• All fees are in USD and subject to our refund policy in Section 4.6

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.4 Payment Methods

• We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe
• You must provide valid payment information
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.5 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• You will retain access until the end of the paid period

4.6 Refunds

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
• When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Maya for a significant portion of your billing period, contact us at support@meetmaya.co and we will evaluate a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question
• Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use Maya only for managing your own brand collaboration emails and organizing legitimate business opportunities.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Use Maya for illegal activities or to violate any laws
• ❌ Access other users' accounts or data
• ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• ❌ Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• ❌ Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service
• ❌ Use Maya to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

Maya, including its design, features, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your email content. By using Maya, you grant us a limited license to access and process your emails to provide the Service. This includes reading email content for AI-powered classification, storing email metadata and classification results, and sending email content to our AI providers for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Google Terms

Your use of Maya's Gmail integration is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. Maya's access to Gmail data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. AI & Classification Accuracy

7.1 AI Limitations

Maya uses AI to classify emails. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI classification may not be 100% accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-classified emails
• We are not liable for missed opportunities due to misclassification

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "AS IS" Service

MAYA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Consequential Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR MISSED BRAND COLLABORATIONS.

9.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription or contacting support.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including deletion within 30 days of your request.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@meetmaya.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party API outages (e.g., Gmail API), internet disruptions, natural disasters, or changes to Google's policies or terms of service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms with an updated "Last Updated" date and sending an email notification.
